As a SwissQual customer, you are central to our whole operation. You have direct, online access to our trouble ticket system. This system allows you to register problems and track their progress through to resolution. When you log an issue it is confirmed and automatically assigned to a named engineer, and at all times you can track progress and see precisely what is being done about your request.
